By accessing and using the Collow mobile application and related services (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Collow's platform, including our mobile applications, website, and any related services provided by Collow, Inc. ("Collow," "we," "us," or "our").

- ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR TIMELINESS OF CONTENT
- UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE
You acknowledge that your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COLLOW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL COLLOW'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO COLLOW IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Changes to Terms
