Is the free plan really free?
For users, Yes! For community owners, pricing is based solely on your reach or exposure, but everyone get's started for free, and only subscribes if you want after reaching the next tier.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll continue to have access to premium features until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe, and you can always upgrade again later.
Do businesses need to pay to be on Collow?
No! Businesses can be found via the search menu, and these businesses come from the Google API. They are open to all of our users, but to manage and become the admin for that community to open up more features like polls, events, documents, and more, there will be a fee after reaching a specific number of followers.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. Our pricing is completely transparent. What you see is what you pay, with no setup fees, hidden charges, or surprise costs.
